I’ll take the time necessary to inform you of the best times to list in today’s market, the best way to go about preparing your finances for a move, and to connect you to any additional services that may be of use during the selling process.

Prior to listing your property, I’ll do extensive research on your property and the surrounding area, to guarantee that it receives the most attention possible once it hits the market. I will provide additional market research to ensure that you’re aware of your home’s true market value, and how it will be likely to stack up against comparable listings and recent sales in your neighbourhood.
