In preparing your home for listing, I will also compile a list of USPs (Unique Selling Points), completely custom to the property. I will use these to create a unique and up-to-date marketing plan for your home.

I will be investing time and money in professional photography, a virtual property tour, visually appealing marketing literature, open houses, online advertising, signage, ads in the newspaper and local magazines, and much more.

All of this will ensure that your home receives maximum market exposure.

I will provide additional market research to ensure that you’re aware of your home’s true market value, and how it will be likely to stack up against comparable listings and recent sales in your neighbourhood.
